Who's in Charge?

A man comes home to find something living in his apartment that isn't paying rent. What follows is four minutes of him losing a war he never had a chance of winning. No dialogue, just performance, timing, and a string of traps that keep failing in increasingly cartoonish ways.

This was a personal short developed from a story I'd been carrying for years, built entirely through AI generation and directed shot by shot. Every camera angle, every beat, every expression was designed before a single frame was generated, character sheets, prop models, and a full storyboard built in pre-production the same way I'd approach any production. Each scene was generated frame by frame and assembled in edit, with sound design, foley, and color work done by hand.

The goal wasn't visual perfection. It was creative control: proving a story could be directed, not prompted, using tools that are still learning how to hold a performance.
