Arcadia Nicaragua – Luxury Development 

For a luxury estate development in Nicaragua, I built an international investor sales film from existing aerial footage and newly developed AI-generated architectural concepts. The source drone material required significant color correction and visual refinement to accurately represent the vibrancy of the landscape and unify inconsistencies across shoots. The final piece delivered a clean, elevated vision of the property and was produced in multiple languages to support global outreach.
